9. 'Nikah is a purely civil contract'. Comment and discuss the essential requisite of a Muslim Marriage.
10. Briefly discuss the dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act, 1939.
11. Critically explain Muslim widow's right of her unpaid dower amount with the help of relevant case law.
12. Explain the rights maintenance of a divorced Muslim woman from the husband. What changes have occurred after the case of Shahbano in this regard?
13. Define gift and will under Muslim Law. Also bring out the difference between the two.
